Comments: The food is delicious and very flavorful. The chicken skin is very crispy and the meat is very tender. Sho is also very generous with how much sauce he uses! The rice perfectly cooked and despite the sauces being generous, it's not too much and doesn't give me any sensory issues :). Comments: My Gyudon was alright-- the egg on top was overcooked. Overall just felt like not enough love and attention to detail was put into my dish. Saw a fucking hair too, definitely wasn't mine. Maybe if I was given "incentive"

Comments: The fish in my recent Chirashi bowl was fresh and of high quality. Sho never ceases to provide high quality and delicious food. I have never ordered one thing from his truck that disappointed me. From now on, I will be ordering all my lunches from here.
